From First Message to Game Drive
Start Early
Begin planning 6 months out — but top lodges in the Maasai Mara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro sell out 9–12 months ahead during migration season (July–October), Christmas/New Year, and school holidays.
Provide Accurate Details
Exact dates, guest count, ages, destination, and number of safari days form the base of every quotation.
Vet the Operator
Check Google and TripAdvisor reviews, website transparency, and communication speed before paying anything.
Review the Itinerary
A proper itinerary names real lodges, room types, and meal plans — never generic “mid-range hotel” language — plus vehicle type, inclusions, exclusions, and trip notes on seasonal advice, packing, and border crossings.
Confirm & Pay
Approve the itinerary → receive an official invoice → pay a 30–50% deposit → settle the final balance, usually 45 days before travel.
Arrive Prepared
Before departure, expect a final routing confirmation, lodge and driver-guide assignment, and airport pickup details. On arrival: meet-and-greet, a safari briefing, and full trip coordination.
