Experience Africa Like Never Before — An 18-Day Safari Tailored Just For You

Start your journey in Nairobi, Kenya, and embark on a legendary safari adventure that will take you through the very heart of East Africa. From the vast plains of the Serengeti to the lush landscapes of Uganda's Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, this is a journey unlike any other — a once-in-a-lifetime experience, full of life-changing encounters with Africa's most iconic wildlife.

Your Safari Adventure Begins

Imagine stepping into the heart of Masai Mara, a world-renowned wildlife haven. As the sun rises over the savannah, you will witness the Big Five — lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros — in their natural habitat. The Masai Mara is not just another game reserve; it's a living history of Africa’s wildlife migration and one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth. This is the same region where the annual Great Migration takes place, drawing millions of wildebeest and zebras from the Serengeti to the Mara. You will get to witness this spectacle firsthand, an experience you can find only in East Africa.

The Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater: The Pinnacle of African Safari

Journey across the endless plains of Serengeti National Park, a sanctuary that spans over 5,700 square miles, and experience the wildest Africa. The Serengeti is home to not only the Great Migration but also a diverse collection of predators, herbivores, and birdlife. Here, you'll feel like part of Africa’s untamed story, with your private guide taking you through the heart of wildlife action, where lions and leopards rule the plains.

Next, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most unique ecosystems in the world. This “Garden of Eden” harbors a stunning array of wildlife, including the rare black rhino, and its stunning, fertile grounds ensure some of the highest densities of wildlife you’ll find anywhere on the planet.

Gorilla Trekking in Uganda: An Intimate Encounter with Mountain Gorillas

Then, journey to Uganda for one of the most life-changing experiences on Earth — gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This is the only place where you can meet mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, a rare and intimate encounter you can’t replicate anywhere else in the world. As you hike through misty jungles, you’ll be face-to-face with these magnificent creatures, experiencing a rare moment that only a few thousand visitors in the world get each year.

Unique Safari, Unmatched Experiences

This isn't just any safari — this is an exclusive, customised journey designed to immerse you in Africa’s wildlife, landscapes, and culture. Camptrek Safaris ensures that each day is a chapter of its own, with experiences that can’t be found anywhere else. Fantastic trip across Kenya, Tanzania & Zanzibar If you’re looking to do a full safari circuit in East Africa, I can’t recommend Camptrek Safaris enough. We covered a huge amount of ground—Amboseli, the Mara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater—before flying out to Zanzibar to wind down. Everything behind the scenes was handled by Rose, who was brilliant to work with. She was always quick to respond to questions, kept us updated, and ensured every handoff between regions was seamless. On the road, our guides Eric, Ben, and Jackson were second to none. They were reliable, knew the roads and parks inside out, and made sure we got the absolute most out of every single game drive. Huge thanks to Rose and the guys for making this such a memorable experience!

Safari for the heart I knew our safari would be magical, however, I wasn’t prepared for the healing, connection, and restoration it brought to my heart and spirit. We were in a group of 11 traveling through Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. Everything was seamless - from CampTrek’s help prior to leaving with required paperwork, the countless connections, each hotel was a magnificent experience (AMARI MARA WOW WOW WOW!!), the food and coffee are incredible (you will not go hungry!!), the hot air balloon ride is worth every penny, the animals and scenery leave you in awe, and the best part - meeting such bright, generous, loving people. I am filled with gratitude and still trying to process and hold tight to how my life has changed. A special thanks to John, Ben, Simon, Augustin, and Margaret for making our trip so beautiful - my heart is overflowing. Africa truly is a feeling!!

My African safari experience Being my first safari, I didn’t know what to expect. My expectations were exceeded in every aspect, staff, transportation, lodging, and the wildlife experience. Our group’s satisfaction was our guide’s number one priority which was met exceptionally. I would highly recommend Camptrek excursions.

Unforgettable wildlife safari with the best guide Our family of four, including two teenagers, spent 14 unforgettable days on safari with Camp Trek, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, everything was organized perfectly. Every transfer, the great accommodations, and activity worked exactly as planned, and the entire trip ran without a single issue. We also appreciated travelling in a modern, comfortable, and well-maintained safari car. However, what truly makes or breaks a safari is the guide. We were incredibly fortunate to have Pili Pili as our guide. He is simply outstanding - champions league! For him, guiding is not just a job—it is clearly his passion. His knowledge of wildlife is exceptional, and he shared fascinating insights about the animals, the landscapes, the culture, and the people of Kenya. We learned so much every single day. On top of that, Pili Pili is an extremely safe and considerate driver. He treats both wildlife and people with great respect, and always made us feel comfortable and secure. We cannot imagine a better guide and would recommend Camp Trek anytime. If you have the chance to request Pili Pili, do it!

A Perfect East African Safari Adventure I was late to the start and didn't think we could pull it off. But Kayla and the team made it happen anyway, adjusting everything behind the scenes without missing a beat. Our Kenya & Tanzania safari was beyond perfect, hassle-free, breathtaking, and expertly guided. Highly recommend!
