Nairobi Wildlife & Giraffe Experience

Morning – Optional Early Nairobi National Park Safari Drive & Elephant Orphanage Visit
Guests who wish to start early can enjoy a private transfer to Nairobi National Park for a gentle morning safari drive. Spot lions, giraffes, rhinos, and zebras at a relaxed pace from a luxury 4x4 with a pop-up roof—perfect for photography.

After the optional drive, proceed to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (Elephant Orphanage). This is a must-visit activity: enjoy a guided tour with short walks and seating while watching baby elephants being fed and learning about ongoing conservation efforts.

Afternoon – Giraffe Centre Encounter
Visit the Giraffe Centre for an unforgettable encounter with Rothschild’s giraffes. Feed, photograph, and learn from expert guides about giraffe conservation. Then proceed to a Nairobi city hotel or restaurant for a gourmet lunch. Options include:

Evening – Return & Dinner at the Hotel

Morning: Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive northwest into the Great Rift Valley with a brief pitstop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint.

Aftrenoon Activities: Arrive at Lake Nakuru in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive along the lakeshore.

Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya’s premier rhino sanctuaries and offers excellent chances to spot white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, flamingos, and tree-climbing lions.

Morning: Today, after breakfast, you will drive through the Rift Valley floor to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving at the lodge in good time for lunch.

Afternoon: You will embark on your first game drive in the reserve this afternoon in search of the Big Five and other herbivores that roam around in this beautiful savanna. You'll return to your lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.

One of our favorite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That's because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats (lions, leopards, and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights. There's a very good chance you'll also see giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and, of course, impalas. Bring your binoculars, because more than 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. It's a place of beautiful savannah landscapes as well, with lots of acacia trees. You'll visit the reserve, which is a highlight for many travelers.

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara's diverse habitats.

Option 1: Early morning and afternoon game drives offer prime predator sightings, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs when they are still Active.

Option 2: Depart after breakfast, carrying your picnic lunch box, which will be enjoyed in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. You will continue with the game viewing en route to your camp, arriving late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500 sq.

Optional Activities: You have the option of booking a balloon ride today, which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew helps you out of the basket and escorts you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast, which is a lifetime experience and worth the price. Later, join your driver guide at a location and proceed with your full-day game drive.

Morning: After Breakfast, drive to Masai Mara airstrip and depart to Serengeti. On Arrival, you will be met by our driver guide who will welcome you and drive you to your lodge with a gamedrive on route. Arrive in time for lunch.

Afternoon: Embark on your first game drive in this world-famous reserve( The Endless Plains) known for high predator density and dramatic savannah landscapes.

Early Morning: Wake up to another glorious day in the Serengeti. Start the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they're at their most active. Then return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.

Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in the camp, reading your favorite book, writing your journal about the safari, or just listening to your favorite music while observing the birds. Don't stress, the animals will be doing the same.

Afternoon: Head off again in the afternoon for another drive through the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and another night under the Serengeti's stars.

Optional Activities: There's also an option of an early hot air balloon ride here. Please ask the tour manager before booking this trip if you're interested.

Early Morning: Depart for an early morning game drive and thereafter return for a leisurely breakfast. Pack up after breakfast and drive through the Serengeti with a final guided gamedrive on route.

En route Activities: On your way to Ngorongoro, make a detour and visit the world-famous archaeological site of Olduvai Gorge, also known as the Cradle of Mankind. The earliest remains of homo sapiens were discovered here by Mary Leakey, and anyone with an interest in mankind’s ancestors will be fascinated by this extraordinary place. Explore the quaint little museum and marvel at the rugged landscape.

Afternoon: Later, you will proceed and drive to your lodge located on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in good time for Lunch. , your base for the next 1 night.

Late evening and Night At Leisure: After Lunch, Relax by the terrace bar overlooking the crater while sipping your African beer brands, Kilimanjaro or Serengeti, as you discuss the events of the past days.

Earl Morning: This morning, you'll descend into the crater, arriving ahead of most visitors —thanks to the ideal location of your accommodations on the crater’s rim —you'll descend into the crater floor for the half-day crater tour. There are only two roads that connect the crater rim with the crater floor, one for driving down and one for driving up. The crater is roughly 20 km/12 miles wide and 600 m/2,000 ft deep. Once you’ve reached the top of the caldera, it takes about 45 minutes to descend to the crater floor. The floor is home to a rich and highly concentrated wildlife. Some 20,000 mammals of size live there, including about 20 black rhinos, making the crater the best place in Tanzania to see the rhino.

The animals here are less wary of humans and vehicles, and as a result, it's easier to watch them from up close where animals roam the lakes, rivers, and hills. Later, you'll ascend and return to your lodge at the rim for lunch and an overnight stay.

Morning – Scenic Transfer to Tarangire via Mto wa Mbu Village
After breakfast this morning, you will proceed to Tarangire National Park, with a short break at the famous Mto wa Mbu village.

In Mto wa Mbu, enjoy a guided cultural experience in your private luxury 4×4, with optional short walks through the rice fields, observing the locals as they go about their daily activities. Along the way, you will have the chance to sample local banana beer and interact with the villagers.

You will then continue your journey to Tarangire, arriving in time for lunch.

Afternoon – First Game Drive in Tarangire
After lunch, you will embark on your first game drive to explore this beautiful park, which has the second-highest concentration of wildlife in Tanzania, following the Serengeti.

Evening – Lodge Dinner & Overnight Stay
You’ll return to the lodge for a gourmet dinner and an overnight stay, relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of Tarangire.

Distance: Ngorongoro → Tarangire: ~130 km (~3–4 hrs including village stop)

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and drive back toward the Kenya border.

Cross at Namanga and continue to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon, where your luxury safari concludes. You  can either be dropped off at the airport for your outbound flight or at a city hotel
