2-Day Kilimanjaro Amboseli Safari

We will pick you up from Jomo Kenyatta Airport or from a hotel in Nairobi and take you on a scenic drive southeast towards Amboseli National Park.

Along the way, we’ll make at least one health stop for restroom use. You’ll arrive at the camp in plenty of time for lunch.

After lunch, you’ll head out for your first game drive to explore the park, which covers 392 square kilometers and is famous for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain in the world and the highest peak in Africa, standing at 5,895 meters.

Amboseli is often referred to as an elephant's paradise, where large herds of African savannah elephants roam from swamp to swamp, grazing throughout the day.

You can also expect to spot numerous other animals, including cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests (gnus), gazelles, hippos, and many more.

The drive from Nairobi to Amboseli takes 4-5 hrs, including one stopover.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, you will set off on an exciting early morning game drive.

Although the start is early, morning game drives are incredibly rewarding, providing the best chances to observe animals in their natural habitat.

You can choose to return to the lodge for a filling hot lunch or take picnic lunch boxes to enjoy in the stunning surroundings of the park.

Afterward, you will journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the mid-afternoon. Your unforgettable safari will conclude with your return to your hotel or the airport.
