Your Route

Your Itinerary

You will be picked up by our company driver guide from Jomo Kenyatta airport in Nairobi or at your city hotel at 7:00 a.m. for a scenic drive North through the fertile highlands of Kenya. Here a vibrant agricultural economy of tea and coffee is the source of livelihood. You will pass through the equator and arrive at Samburu National Reserve in good time for lunch.

After lunch, you will embark on your first game drive in this park to experience this wildlife conservation haven famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as the Gravy zebras, Somali ostrich, Reticulated giraffes, gerenuks, and the beautiful oryx. You will also experience the cultural heritage of the Samburu people (the butterfly people) this afternoon and retreat to the camp at sunset.

You will depart for an early morning game drive while the animals are still active in this reserve whose breathtaking panorama, flora, and fauna are unique and endemic to Kenya’s Northern hemisphere. Then, you will return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.

You will spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in camp reading your favourite book, writing your journal about the safari, or just listening to your favourite music while observing the birds—don't stress, the animals will be doing the same . You will head off again in the afternoon at 4:00 p.m. for another drive through the park. You will return to the lodge for dinner and another night under the Samburu stars.

Today after an early breakfast, you will drive southwards for another scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park through the fertile highlands of Kenya where a vibrant agricultural economy of tea and coffee is the source of livelihood. You will pass through the equator again to the highlands of Nyahururu arriving at Lake Nakuru in good time for lunch. You'll check in to your lodge and later depart for an afternoon game drive in the park returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

It's not surprising that some of the aerial scenes from Out of Africa were shot here in Lake Nakuru National Park, with its fabulous views of the escarpment, lake and acacia forest. What also makes Lake Nakuru such a special place to visit is its populations of black and white rhinos, tree-climbing lions and endangered Rothschild's giraffes. You might also see leopards, flamingos and many different kinds of birds too.

Today after a leisurely breakfast, you will drive to Lake Bogoria National Reserve which lies south of Lake Baringo arriving in good time for lunch.

After lunch, you will enjoy the lodge activities like swimming, and bird watching or maybe spend the mid-afternoon relaxing just like the animals do, reading your favourite book, or writing your journal. You will head out again at 4:00 p.m. as the day begins to cool at this beautiful lake. It is backed by the bleak Siracho escarpment, famed for the highest concentration of true hot water geysers in Africa. It also contains a huge population of pink lesser flamingos which come to feed on algae. You will return to the camp at sunset.

If you've seen photos of flamingos in Kenya, they were probably taken at Lake Bogoria National Reserve. If you're lucky you might also see leopards, klipspringers, gazelles, buffaloes, and even greater kudu, but flamingos are the main attraction.

Today after breakfast, you will depart for Lake Naivasha which lies southeast of Lake Nakuru. It is a freshwater lake located in the Great Rift Valley and has the highest elevation of 1,884 meters.

You will arrive in good time for lunch. Thereafter, you will embark in the afternoon for a boat ride and a walking excursion at Lake Naivasha game sanctuary. Boat rides on Lake Naivasha are refreshing experiences that take you on the breezy lake waters as you explore the diverse birdlife and wildlife on the lake and its surroundings.

You will have a brief nature walk in the sanctuary, which is a great opportunity to appreciate nature at the sanctuary. If time allows, you will visit Hell's Gate National Park which is famous for inspiring the Lion King movie. You will return to the hotel late evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, You will drive through the Rift Valley floor to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving at the lodge in good time for lunch. Embark on your first game drive in the reserve this afternoon in search of the big five and other herbivores that roam around in this beautiful savanna. Return to your lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.

One of our favourite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That's because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats (lions, leopards and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights. There's a very good chance you'll also see giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and, of course, impalas. And bring your binoculars, because more than 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. It's a place of beautiful savannah landscapes as well, with lots of acacia trees.

This is a full day spent game viewing across the rich tree-studded grassland and rolling hills of the famous Savanna. The Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game animals like leopards, Cheetahs, Lions and other herbivores. It has virtually every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. You will have a full-day game drive in Masai Mara Savannah.

Your lunch today is picnic lunch boxes in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. Continue with the game viewing on-route to your camp, arriving at your late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500 sq.

You have an option of booking a balloon ride today which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew helps you out of the basket and escorts you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast which is a lifetime experience and worth the
price. Later join your driver guide at a location and proceed with your full-day game drive.

After a leisurely morning breakfast, You will check out of your lodge, pack up and drive back to Nairobi. En route, you will have an( Optional) scheduled visit to a Maasai Village for a cultural experience, where you'll learn more about the community that has co-existed with the Mara wildlife for centuries.

You'll have lunch the African way at one of the Hotels in Narok town. Afterwards, you will continue with the journey to Nairobi, arriving in the mid-afternoon. You'll be dropped off at your respective hotel or at the airport to mark this as the end of your Safari.

Depending on your homebound flight departure time, you will organize with your diver guide the departure time from Masai Mara.
