As I write this, the demonstrations have died down, and talks are ongoing with the president, and the stakeholders to find an amicable solution to the proposed finance bill which has been withdrawn.

The good news is that there are no travel bans or restrictions in place. Major transportation hubs, including Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, are fully operational. The Kenyan government and local authorities are managing the situation, ensuring that key tourist areas and travel routes are safe.
