Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : Nairobi To Samburu
You will be picked by our company representative from the airport or your accommodation facility for a scenic drive North through the fertile highlands of Kenya where a vibrant agricultural economy of tea and coffee is the source of livelihood. Pass through the equator at Nanyuki town arriving at Samburu in good time for lunch.
After lunch, embark on a game drive to Experience this wildlife conservation haven famous for an abundance of rare species of animals such as the gravy zebras, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffes, Gerenuks and the beautiful Oryx plus a cultural heritage of the Samburu people (the butterfly people) this afternoon and retreat to the camp at Sunset.

Day 2 : Samburu- Samburu
Wake to another glorious day in the Samburu National reserve. Start the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they're at their most active, then return to the Lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch. Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in camp reading your favourite book or writing your journal about the safari or just listening to your favourite music while observing the birds – don't stress, the animals will be doing the same – then head off again in the afternoon (1600hrs) for another drive through the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and another night under the Samburu stars.

Day 3 : Samburu To Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Today after breakfast, Head south of Samburu to the OL pejeta Conservancy which is situated between the foothills of Mount Kenya and the Aberdares located in Nanyuki town.
The ol pejeta conservancy in Kenya has over one thousand mammals and it is the only park where the big (5) and chimpanzees can be seen. It is also where the fastest growing population of rhinos in Africa can be found. There are southern white rhinos, about 80 endangered black rhinos and in a special sanctuary there are two (2) of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos.
You will arrive in good time for lunch, there after embark on an afternoon game drive via the chimp sanctuary which provides a permanent refuge in as a natural environment as possible.

Day 4 : Ol Pejeta To Nakuru/Naivasha
Today after an early breakfast, Drive southwards for another scenic drive to Lake Nakuru national park through the fertile highlands of Kenya where a vibrant agricultural economy of tea and coffee is the source of livelihood. Pass through the equator again to the central highlands, Arrive at lake Nakuru in good time for lunch. Your lunch today is in one of the lodges located inside the National park
Depart for an afternoon game drive in this gorgeous park Lake Nakuru which is among Kenya's finest national parks before exiting and driving towards lake Naivasha(Approximately 1hr) for your overnight.
The park boasts of rocky escarpments, patches of yellow-barked acacia forest and a waterfall. It is home to flamingos, both black and white rhinos; lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos and the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. The southern end of the lake is the best place to see wildlife. The forested area below the rhino’s cliff is a favourite lion-spotting point.

Day 5 : Naivasha To Masai Mara
Today after breakfast, you will drive through the Rift Valley floor to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving at the lodge in good time for lunch. Embark on your first game drive in the reserve this afternoon in search of the big five and other herbivores that roam around in this beautiful savanna. Return to your lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.
One of our favourite places to look for wildlife in Kenya is the Masai Mara National Reserve. That's because the wildlife here is incredible, with big cats (lions, leopards and cheetahs) and elephants among the highlights. There's a very good chance you'll also see giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and, of course, impalas. And bring your binoculars, because more than 500 species of birds have been recorded in the reserve. It's a place of beautiful savannah landscapes as well, with lots of acacia trees. Visiting the reserve is a highlight for many travellers.

Day 6 : Masai Mara- Masai Mara
This is a full day spent game viewing across the rich tree studded grassland and rolling hills of the famous "Eighth Wonder of the animal World". The Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game animals like leopards, Cheetahs & Lions. It also has numerous Elephants and virtually every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. You will have a full-day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve.
Your lunch today is picnic lunch boxes in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. Continue with the game viewing on-route to your camp, arriving at your late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500sq km.
You have an option of booking a balloon ride today which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew helps you out of the basket and escorts you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast. It is a lifetime experience and worth the price.

Day 7 : Masai Mara to Nairobi
Today after Breakfast, after breakfast, Proceed to Loita Hills Tepesua village (approximately 40 min from Masai Mara en-route to Nairobi), home of the Maasai people, which is known for championing Maasai women’s health and girl child education.
Arrive and be welcomed by traditional Maasai warrior song and dance, then your host will explain the details of Maasai warrior training. Take a walk to the community village which was founded to alleviate the poverty of Maasai widows, who traditionally are not allowed to inherit property The village offers support, safety and economic growth through the ‘Tepesua Widows Income Project.
Proceed to Nairobi with a stop at the Carnivore Restaurant for lunch. Later you will be dropped off at your city hotel via the famous carnivore hotel for lunch.

Day 8 : Nairobi To Amboseli
This morning after breakfast, you will be picked up by your friendly experienced driver guide from your city hotel in the morning for another scenic drive southeast toward Amboseli National Park arriving at the camp in good time for lunch. Embark on your first afternoon game drive exploring the acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, scrub brush, and open plains in search of wildlife.
Amboseli National Park (392 sq km) is famously known for the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain on earth and the tallest in Africa (5,895m). Amboseli is also an Elephant’s paradise where the massive African savannah Elephants roam from swamp to swamp, grazing all day. Because of the abundance of water and pasture, the bull Elephants here weigh up to 6 tons. Other animals to be spotted here are Cheetahs, Zebras, Giraffes, Wildebeests (Gnus), Gazelles, Hippos, and many others Herbivores.

Day 9 : Amboseli- Amboseli
Leave the camp after breakfast, carrying your packed lunch to be enjoyed in the wild. Spend the whole day exploring the marshlands and swamps of Amboseli which are Fed by subterranean water channels, Water is abundant throughout the year and so is the pasture. Elephants and various other herbivores and are found here. You will retreat to the lodge late in the afternoon after a long exploration of this 392km sq. park
You also have an option of Starting the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they're at their most active, Then return to the Lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.

Day 10 : Amboseli to Tsavo East
Today after breakfast, you will be transferred to Tsavo east from Amboseli arriving at your lodge in good time for lunch. After lunch you will embark on your first game drive in the famous Tsavo East national park, one of the worlds largest game sanctuaries in Africa also known as the theatre of the wild. Return to your camp for an overnight and stay.

Day 11 : Tsavo East - Diani
Today after breakfast, you will be transferred to Voi railway station for your scheduled train to Mombasa arriving in Mombasa in the afternoon, thereafter you will be met by our Camptrek safaris representative and be transferred to your Diani or Mombasa beach hotel for your stay.
The animals here are less wary of humans and vehicles and as a result it's easier to watch them from up close. Take in the spectacular views from the rim of the crater as you make your way to the bottom, where animals roam the lakes, rivers, woodlands and hills. Keep an eye out for wildebeest, lion, zebra, cheetah, buffalo, gazelle and the endangered black rhino.

Day 12 - 14 : Diani- Diani
Enjoy free time at the beach in the most beautiful beaches in Africa today. There are so many water activities that you can take including snorkelling in search of exotic fish, scuba diving or simply relaxing in a hammock underneath a coconut tree with a good book or listening to some music.

Day 15 : Diani -Mombasa Airport
Today after a leisurely breakfast, You will be transferred back to Mombasa Moi international Airport for your scheduled flight back home to mark the end of your safari. It's a pity that it has to end, but this is where your safari will draw to a close. We're sure that you will return home with so many exciting and happy memories, and we hope that you will join us again on safari sometime in the future.
